What are you really worth?

Is your salary on par, or should you be fighting for a pay rise?

HR professionals are accustomed to assessing and recommending salary levels for others, but do you know what you're worth?

Sometimes HR salaries are like the cobbler's children running around barefoot - it's hard to advocate for yourself when you're busy managing others.

HRM’s first-ever salary survey is our effort to provide HR professionals with a comprehensive salary guide specifically focused on their own profession and the Canadian marketplace. With that information, collected anonymously, HRM will tell you whether your own remuneration for your own specific HR job title is in line with that of your peers.

By answering the four questions, you ensure that information is as broadly based as possible and as accurate. The results will appear online and in the inaugural issue of HRD – a quarterly glossy magazine tailored to Canadian HR professionals.

Add your email address to enter to win a Samsung Tablet ($200 value). All contact information will be collected separately from the salary data and is only used for the prize draw.

Take the survey now, and share it with your colleagues to make sure the information is as accurate as possible.
