Women’s leadership may be impeded by contraceptive pill

New research has revealed a startling hypothesis: women who take the contraceptive pill may be as much as 50% less competitive during the 21 days of the month when they take the drug.

    Less competitive may mean more cooperative, so which is the more important leadership quality - competitiveness or cooperation?

    I agree. Many of the women I work with had a more collaborative approach to leadership. It can be good and bad, depending on the circumstance and the people they work with.
