Experts are concerned the tragedy will further demonize employees with mental health problems – it’s HR’s job to make sure that doesn’t happen.

This was such a tragedy that touched everyone who have ever experienced something weird or what.

We worked for a company that shut down operations and immediately setup various help programs for employees.

One employee that we were helping decided to commit suicide out of the blue.

There were no signs that we noticed and his family had no indications of anything either.

We feel it is important to help employees and be vigilante of any signs of fear and guide them to help programs.

That is all we can do.
