    And here I was thinking this was going to be about background checks! I prefer not to take any lessons from Woody Allen and I don't think HRM Online should encourage anyone else to either.

    I tried to think of a more inappropriate example to use in a discussion of HR than Woody Allen, and decided that Hitler as a great leader would be it.

    Not sure Woody Allen is the best person to use as an example. Reading the headline I assumed this story had to do with rape.
