    I find the quote of Mr. Quinn very perplexing. It takes little or no effort to insist to process resumes and applications on an anonymous basis. There is SIGNIFICANT research in Canada and the United States that there is persistent discrimination on the basis of names. Joe gets significantly more responses than Jose in the United States; Matthew gets significantly more responses than Samir in Canada.

    I believe that the current processes simply plays to our own unconscious biases. I would be very interested to see the studies that will ensue in a few years regarding the response rates.
