    My hat goes off to Fogel. We can all make a difference by doing what is right at the time that we find there is a problem. It usually isn't very hard to do. We must be ready in our mindset to find these opportunities to do what is right.

    Mr. Fogel is extremely fortunate. In China, it would have been very easy for the local factory manager to bribe the police and judges and have Mr. Fogel arrested and jailed on trumped up charges (e.g. “disturbing social peace and harmony”). It has happened before.
