The hiring formula dictates that HR and hiring managers attempt to find the perfect candidate to fill a vacant role. But according to one HR pro, you’ve got it all wrong.

Hmmmm......interesting but let's put a bit of a spin on this and have the "purple recruiter" searching for the "purple squirrel"!! Everyone knows the formula works so why even have a recruiter on staff. Recruiting is so easy and simple, the guy who pumps gas at the corner can do it. After all, we all know it should take about a day, maybe day and a half to find the purple squirrel if you're a "purple recruiter"....and I don't know a recruiter who isn't expected to be just that.
