Helping employees return from disability leave can be daunting, but for staff with mental illness there can be even more confusion. What can you do to ease their return to work?

    Such an awful subject - as someone who suffers mental illness I totally understand how hard this would be returning to work.

    I'm lucky though that I'm able now to be working at home working towards being at home 100%

    Basic treatments like TMS therapies and sessions with a psychiatrist should be made available for employees with a mental illness. Medication is also helpful for treating these illnesses but the side effects they come with can be a deal breaker.
