    Sounds to me like RBC simply found away around policy. I'm not buying it!

    People seem so quick to jump to conclusions these days despite the bias and unreliability of much of the information out there. I think I want to wait to see what the facts are. As it stands, the information in minimal and certainly not enough to make an informed decision with.

    People you need to understand the business scope is global now. The best and cheap will win the battle. If you would be working for RBC and had to make a decision to run the business economically, probably you would also do the same. Not defending RBC, however, be prepared for such things happening more and more in future. Wish you best of luck to all.
