Ontario budget: will pay freeze send workers running to private sector?

The budget has hefty connotations for public sector businesses, but with pay freezes for managers continuing across the board, private sector companies could find highly qualified public workers knocking on their doors.

    You've got to be public officials have near absolute job security on top of excellent pay, benefits and pension in Ontario. Just who would walk from that...and where is the grass greener?...I think an additional two year wage freeze is the least of worries for folks in the private sector. If a two year wage freeze will cause an exodus of talent, then the OPS has a much larger problem.
