    I guess it would be considered a "pre-existing" condition. I don't believe that all over weight people have an eating problem, and therefore is self inflicted, sometimes it's a due to a hormonal imbalance or thyroid condition.

    If self inflicted alcohol or drug abuse is a disability, why not obesity?
