    Honda manuafacturing also hires temporary contract workers through agencies for an extended period of time.

    Its about time this practice was brought in the light.

    Another practice that needs to be brought into the light is that of harassment in the workplace and lack of proper investigation by HR professonals or supervisors to avoid a legal responsibility.

    Much like Alberta's labour laws, the legislation creates essentially "serfs" and masters. Canadian Society seems to be tolerant of abuses against the working class much like it tolerates restriction of freedoms for the sake of security. The attitude of "well, it's not happening to me so I don't care" is pervasive.
