    But, IMO, it is a violation of freedom of expression. No employer, unless they can definitely show that an aspect of an individuals' looks or attire create a health hazard to the level of loss of life, should be allowed to dictate how an individual looks or what they wear.

    It is overtly intrusive into the individual's right to self expression.
