Parents get the blame for a lot of things but it turns out they can also be held accountable for how employees feel about their work.

Yeah I had the career with my long time employer I was goal oriented, loved my work, proud to be part of the team and the organisation.

It is the employer's disregard to the my profession that turned it into a job and nothing more. Now we are a 1-800 complaint and problem resolution service. If you are older you get no training (only HR 101 training here)

Very sad siutation but can't leave anymore due to pension entitlements but what I would perfer to do if I could leave, I would revitalize my career to the prestige I felt. Hinds sight is 20/20 and if I knew then what I know now I would have discounted this employer right from the start.

So yeah the EMPLOYER swamped the effects of my professional parents upbringing.
