    Most targets of workplace bullies can't wait for leadership or HR to stop the bullying; the stress becomes too much to bear.

    I became so concerned about the targets of bullies, I wrote a book to help them figure out how to stop the bullying and end the associated stress.

    "Not All Bullies Yell and Throw Things: How to Survive a Subtle Workplace Bully" (on Amazon: ) walks them through various options.

    Beyond helping targets, workplace bullying is definitely a leadership problem.
