One leadership expert says it’s no longer enough for HRDs to just be experts in their field – they now need to be masters of other functional areas too. But flipping the question around, what can HRDs expect from other leaders in the business?

    When people use the phrase "talent management systems" these days I am always left wondering if they mean something different than "human resources management systems," or if they are talking about exactly the same thing. I think it might be helpful to define our terms better here because I suspect that people use the term talent management in multiple (often different) ways.
