    While the concept is good, I believe it makes more sense to actually train employees on the art of business correspondence. Even as I write this, I have noticed at the bottom of this comment section information asking me to ensure my remarks are professional.

    Actually reading an outgoing email prior to hitting the "send" button will go a lot further than frantically trying to fid the "Undo Send" feature.
