    We know HR pros are not the best at finance, some are even scared to deal with numbers. But the tone your article takes with respect to some basic, credibility building, financial terms will only carry on this weakness for the profession. NPV is pretty straight forward when using tables or even easier in excel. Instead of scaring off HR from financials how about building up the need to delve into it this area. If we expect ALL managers to understand HR, we should expect ourselves to learn about the "numbers".
