Don’t be fooled – non-work related breaks may be making you and your employees more tired and distracted.

As an HR Manager had to keep track of attendance on the job.

Found that with all the coffe breaks to get coffee, smoke btreaks and pee breaks amounted to a lot of lost time in the actual thoughtful work produced.

If you don't believe this record keeping, then keep track of peoples time off the job for yourself.

    You will be totally surprized!
