Canadian organizations are lagging behind their global counterparts in tapping into employee enthusiasm and activism, according to a new report. Can HR balance the risks with the payoff of positive social media support?

    Perhaps in Canada we have more stringent social media policies. Some companies don't allow employees to post on their personal sites (Linked IN, Facebook, twitter, etc.)

    It may be time for organizations to review their social media policies if Canadian companies are behind the times.
