Shiny bullying policies may abound, but do you know what’s really going on in your organization? A proactive approach, including bullying audits and regular reviews could end wasted millions.

    Thank you for suggesting an approach that could have a real impact on this issue. Adults don't want to admit they have been bullied, but it happens all the time. The human cost is terribly high, and it's bad for business too.
