The BC Labour Board's finding that Target is not a successor employer to Zellers is a lesson for other companies planning a move or takeover.

The BCLRB and the companies involved just stole from the workers.
    Bravo for raping workers rights.

I think that the Union is trying to take advantage of the "continuation of business" clause. The are two different entities in the same line of work. Target is not taking over Zellers - it is taking over its location. I think that the Zellers employees would be given higher priority during recruiting by Target because they have experience in the industry, but to say that they are entitled to a position is wrong.
