    The time to look out for taxpayers is BEFORE you promise pay hikes and bonuses to civil servants, not after.

    It's easy to pay out bonus and wages if it's not your money you are playing with. Taxpayers are constantly getting shafted for errors by the Gov't !!
    When will it stop !!
    I can think of so many cases where they are making all these very costly errors at taxpayers expense !!!!

    Didn't eHealth meltdown and fail? Can the taxpayers launch a class action suit against the employees of eHealth get their ill-gotten salaries back?
