These are the top 15 tech jobs HRD's are craving

The Canadian jobs market is booming, with technology taking centre stage in many recruitment remits.

But which tech jobs have HR leaders got their eyes on? A recent report from Indeed uncovered the most in-demand technology-based professionals that organizations are craving.

The analysis also found that Toronto is home to 28% of Canada’s tech job opportunities, followed by Montreal with 18%. One quarter of these in-demand roles stay vacant for 60 days or longer, as businesses find them hard-to-fill.

“Finding and retaining top tech talent is important to employers across Canada but it can definitely be a challenge: 33% of tech jobs in Vancouver are hard to fill for example, meaning the role stays open on Indeed for longer than 60 days,” explained Jodi Kasten, managing director at Indeed Canada.

“The high demand is good news for tech talent, but it can certainly be a challenge for employers who are in need of filling these critical roles.”

The top 15 technology-based roles with most in-demand in Canada, can been seen below.
