Webinar: Tips for keeping performance high and people happy

In a world where workers seem to be unhappy and disconnected from their work, how can employers ensure that employees perform at a high level?

This is the question that a panel of experts answer in the webinar titled "The great balancing act: Research-based tips for keeping performance high and people happy" from Dayforce.

“Today’s employers are caught in a balancing act between employee flexibility and meticulous compliance, empathy and efficiency, and worker expectations and budget realities. And organizational performance rests heavily upon their ability to walk this fine line,” says Dayforce.

According to Dayforce’s 14th Annual Pulse of Talent survey, more than 8,700 workers from around the globe said they see big imbalances in their workplaces – and there are consequences.

More than eight in 10 respondents said they experienced burnout in the past year. And despite growing uncertainty in the job market, flight risk remains at 69%.

Also, workers’ overall happiness level dropped in March compared to the previous month, and the drop happened across all indicators, according to a report from ADP Canada. And only 27% of employees have a “healthy” relationship with work, according to a previous HP report.

What motivates workers the most?
