After discovering his office snack missing the 39-year-old was so infuriated he called the police.
U.S. Pennsylvania TV channel KYTW-TV reported the man called the force to report "an unknown person stole his Jell-O brand strawberry Jell-O snack from the break-room refrigerator."
The report said he was particularly angry because it was not the first time it had happened.
The thief remains at large; however, the police have confirmed the case remains under investigation.
