Crosby joined the company at a critical moment, when Fairmont, Raffles and Swissôtel were combined under one leadership team. During this time, attracting, onboarding and retaining the best international talent was a key priority. This was accomplished through the implementation of an online talent acquisition and management system, which included performance management, talent review succession planning, and compensation.
