World’s best multi-national workplaces

by |
Creating a great workplace is a real challenge, but making it to the global list of top 25 multi-nationals around the world is an even greater achievement.

Based on a survey by Great Place to Work, IT company SAS Institute has topped the list. This is followed by Google (2nd), NetApp (3rd), Kimberly-Clark (4th) and Microsoft rounding up the top five spots.

Other notable organisations in the list include FedEx Express (7th), Diageo (9th), Ernst & Young (12th), Intel (15th), American Express (18th), McDonald’s (20th) and Cisco (21st).

According to Otto Zell, Director of Global List Management, not much separates the top-ranked company on the 2012 list, SAS Institute, from the 25th company, Mars.
