Wanted: HR’s top leaders and innovators

HRD magazine is looking for those paving the way in the HR profession for its annual Hot List

HRD magazine’s second annual Hot List will shine a spotlight on the most influential figures of the year in Canada’s HR profession.

All readers are encouraged to put forward a brief nomination either for themselves, a colleague or manager (candidates must be senior HR decision makers with at least 10 years’ experience) before entries close on Friday 16 December.

The successful nominees will be those who can demonstrate a driving role in strategies that have advanced the standing of HR in business over the past 12 months – whether through steering their organization through a major transformation or rapid growth, developing strategies to deal with gender imbalance, introducing new employee engagement initiatives or other achievements.

Being featured on the Hot List provides a timely opportunity for HR leaders to gain valuable recognition for their hard work on a national platform – the list will be published in issue 5.01 of HRD in February 2017 as well as on HRM Online and other online platforms.

Online nominations are open until midnight Friday 16 December. Click here to start your entry.
