HRD magazine has officially started its search for 2017’s top HR professionals and now it’s asking pioneering leaders to nominate themselves – or other worthy contenders – for the upcoming Hot List.
A place on the annual list will provide successful candidates with well-deserved recognition as one of the outstanding HR professionals in Canada, driving change and innovation both within their organization and across the industry as a whole.
“There is certainly no shortage of HR professionals doing amazing things across Canada but there are relatively few ways for them to earn recognition,” says HRD editor Iain Hopkins. “We want to change that.”
Last year’s Hot List included figures from some of Canada’s more eminent organizations including Per Scott, VP of HR at RBC; Cheryl Fullerton, EVP of people at Corus Entertainment; and Sharon Ramalho, chief people officer at McDonald’s.
If you think you – or somebody you know – deserves to be recognized on the 2017 Hot List, you can submit a nomination online now
. The successful candidates will be featured in issue 5.01 of HRD magazine, due to be published in the new year.
