A place on the annual list will provide successful candidates with well-deserved recognition as one of the outstanding HR professionals in Canada, driving change and innovation both within their organization and across the industry as a whole.
“There is certainly no shortage of HR professionals doing amazing things across Canada but there are relatively few ways for them to earn recognition,” says HRD editor Iain Hopkins. “We want to change that.”
Last year’s Hot List included figures from some of Canada’s more eminent organizations including Per Scott, VP of HR at RBC; Cheryl Fullerton, EVP of people at Corus Entertainment; and Sharon Ramalho, chief people officer at McDonald’s.
