Diversity and inclusion conference announced
A diversity and inclusion masterclass has been announced to take place on March 8, 2018 in Toronto.

Organized by Key Media, publishers of HRD, the conference will feature case studies and thought-provoking presentations from the organizations that are leading the way in workplace diversity and inclusion.

“Canada is changing – and workplace demographics are changing with it. So we thought that it would be very timely to produce a conference to help HR professionals to create and manage world-class diversity and inclusion programs” said Tim Duce, president of Key Media.

At the conference, Canada’s top HR leaders will lead discussion on best practice HR programs to combat unconscious bias in decision making and the best way to ensure that workplaces are inclusive for all minority groups.

“We’re encouraging HR professionals to challenge preconceptions, build bold new best practices and prepare for a diverse and successful future” said Duce.

“This is not just a standard conference” said Duce. “This event will change the way that you think about diversity and inclusion in the workplace today” he said.

The Diversity and Inclusion Masterclass will take place on March 8, 2018 in Toronto.
