    I appreciate your focus on employee engagement. I would suggest something you did not mention. Bring the business to light with economic transparency. That is, align management and employee interest in improving business results.

I have seen this work with over 400 clients of mine, from small privately held companies to publicly traded companies like Southwest Airlines, Capital One and BHP Billiton.
