    Internal leaders, or influencers said, are powerful change agents. But so is the enviroment / structure they operate in. If goals are clear, performance is transparent and rewards are tied to company performance, internal leaders thrive, as does the company.

    Indeed engagement and well-being is a question of culture and motivation. It helps to be clear on the value we bring to the organization, hence performance management is a key player.

    Has anyone developed a great wellness strategy and action plan with successful key initiatives?
    I work for the federal government and this fiscal year the Prime Minister has identified Mental Health as a key objective. A strategy has been developed for the whole of government and we have just started the discussion on having a plan for our department.
