    Performance both positive and corrective feedback is provided daily and "as it happens" to properly manage. I use the 6 and 12 month reviews in this manner and they help to keep the focus on ongoing improvements and career enhancements - not rehashing issues already dealt with. The 6 and 12 month reviews simply document the improvements - the reviews are to capture performance development - not punitive rehashing of past history.
