    One crucial piece of information is missing here...are the medications in question on the provincial list of medications? The rules on maximums would apply under both public (RAMQ) and private plans if the medications are on the provincial list (formulary). If they are not then the lawsuit is trying to reinterpret the provincial regulations themselves.     Here we go more CP workers complaining their benefits "aren't good enough" how fortunate you are to have any healthcare benefits after retirement!!! I only wish!!! sure do wish I'd become a postal worker way back in the day but those are tough jobs to come by!! nobody leaves!! why would they best pension, benefits and compensation going!!! does the greed, entitlement and complaining every stop. enough said!
